I think you may not understand how things work here, you should post individual offers with prices.

Also, why not sell to "Lomography" as a bulk sale, that's probably a good bet for you.

Actually lomography used to buy my films but now make their own and charge a lot more and the ones i have are about 40-60% cheaper than the prices they want.

    Good to know

May I suggest introducing yourself in another thread, do you shoot photography etc or just collect and sell? This is a good community, but it's a community, ya know? Not JUST a classified type place.

Best of luck! I'm sure some good deals are out there, I'm looking for 4x5 and 8x10 deals ....

    Hi Kitschretro,
First of all: welcome to APUG!

I would be interested in 120 roll film, like:

    Color film:
    - Fuji Superia Xtra 400.
    - Fuji NPH400
    - Fuji NPS160
    - Konica PRO 400
    - Fuji Provia 100

    B&W film:
    - Agfa Scala
    - Fuji Neopan
    - Ilford FP4+
    - ORWO
    - Forte

And if the price is right, also 35 mm film, like:
    - Fuji NPH400
    - Fuji NPS160
    - Fuji Provia 100
    - Agfa Scala

I don't know what volumes you're thinking of and what your prices are, so if you could send me a message (using PM) please?
Shipping will be to Holland. I can pay with bank transfer (using IBAN and BIC code) to avoid Paypal fees.
    Thanks,
    Bert from Holland

    Welcome to APUG.

You seem to be more of an advertiser than a subscriber though.

Hi Far from it im a respected film seller on several other sites just google my username on here and i collect films and have recently done the Guinness World record for films.

I have no intention of ripping anyone off in fact i have had enough of fleabay after 13 years on there and thought i would try a few of my saved favs sites like here and etsy for a change.

I have been on here a few years back as a buyer and contributor only and recognise several usernames are still active

Very interesting collection. More details and prices would certainly be interesting particularly and any information as to if any of the older stock has been tested. Some of us are waiting with baited breath!

And yes, welcome to the forum!

Most of the bigger batches come from a few regular sources and is correctly stored

Recent clients for my films include

Coutts bank - the Queens private bank

harry potter world for making the rides

a few pro advertising photographers including recent supermarket campaigns

Aardman productions - wallace and gromit films

also the company in the USA that has made software that lets you make digital photos look like they were done with all the popular analogue films of old.

My prices range from about $3 for kodak max versatlity upto a few rare 127 and 116 films from the 1930's which are around $50 and have been tested and still produce great retro pictures.
however 90% of my films fit into the $5-$12 bracket depending on the film.
Literally just sold out of astia 35mm at $8 a roll for example.
Also my best seller is Ektachrome 200 in 120 format exp 1999/200 but frozen in 1998 and still giving amazing pictures and $6.50 a roll.

Thats just for the 1931 versions as its pristine, theres loads of 127 films for a lot less nearer $15.

That $50 film is a rarity for me as only have 5-10 films that are expensive and thats 1 of them

I use a lot of 120. I usually get ProPacks of T-max 400 from b&h. Current price is $22.95. How does your price compare to that?

    120 film

Hi My tmax 120 was $20 a pack for the recent stuff but its all sold as 3 buyers took 70% of my black and white films 3 weeks ago.
All i have left in tmax 400 120 is a pack from 1995 for $21 plus postage and a pack from 2004 for the same price of $21 plus postage.

postage to the USA, Canada, Australia is in general $6 US for the first film and about 90 cents per extra film

    Thanks

It might be easier if we knew where you currently sell so we can check things out and make up our minds about stock, prices etc

I shouldn't speak for others so I'll change from we to I. Your opening post told me very little about your stock, prices etc. Things are beginning to emerge but slowly and only by APUGers asking you questions. As a seller looking for my business I need you to beat a path to my door or at least describe why your mousetrap is good enough to make me want to beat a path to your door. Of course it might be that you see your market as solely that of U.S. APUGers which is fine. If this is so then just say so and I can move on.

Unless I am told more I will quickly lose interest. I can of course only speak for myself.

You may speak for me, and have said it better than I ever could.

Personally, I'm happy with fresh film from B&H or Adorama to name a couple. They have good prices. Nuff said.
