Looks much like the Air Force Standard developer from the 1941 manual.

I have long used Ansco 103 with a slight modification for, I believe, richer, blacker, blacks:. Use one half the potassium bromide, and substitute 6ml 10% sodium benzotriazole in the stock solution.

I see this same developer designation, Ansco 103, and the same formula with one exception, 45 grams of sodium sulfite dessicated, rather than what's specified above, shown in an old Ansco pamphlet, and in Anselk Adams "the Print" and in the "Amphoto Lab Handbook" 1970 Amphoto. Is this one more of those name switcheroos that plague Agfa/Ansco?GAF formulas?

No Agfa Ansco 103 was changed by the manufacturers. In the 1938 Agfa (Ansco) Booklet "Agfa Formulas" it's shown with Sodium Sulphite, (anhydrous) 57 gms, but 3 years later the 1941 version of the booklet it says *revised form & shows - Sodium Sulphite, (anhydrous) 45 gms. So Agfa (Ansco) had revised the formula & reduced the Sulphite.
