I see that Ole has some images on the Alternative Photography web site. Well done Ole !
Do you have a link?
Ask and ye shall receive:
That is a link directly to Ole's images, but there are also many other fine photographers on the site (i.e. Apug's own Christian Nze).
A propos, I have some here at APUG too!
Nice work Ole...was nice to see it all there together..sometimes, just miss seeing the work of others here, so these links really help. BTW, really liked the bridge...
Great stuff, Ole. I particulary lilke the image of the candle (with some incomprehensibe (Swedish?) discription. You call this a "polaroid lift"? I'll have to internet this procedure (perhaps you would share).
Nice work Ole. Your work joins a great site full of great work by some very talented artists. Congratulations.
Thank you all for your kind words.
I decided that since everything I do seems to be experimental, I might as well go all the way and see if they wanted to display my work.
The Polaroid emulsion lift technique is very well described in the articles here, by Melisa Taylor who explained it far better than I possibly could. The only thing really unusual about mine is that the new backing is an in-camera paper negative - of an upside-down wine glass...
The incomprehensible Norwegian text, "Julekort 98", simply means "Christmas Card 98".
