An interesting find

    I was looking for a record player and found this:

    I always kinda hoped to stumble upon a great collection of old negatives, but really don't want to pay $300....but at $3 a plate, not bad. Someone on here might know the famous photographer that took these, get lucky and strike it rich. I don't, but thought I'd share. Looks like a decent photographer who knew what he/she was doing.

    It says images of Queen Elizabeth?? If that's true I can't imagine why the price isn't $3,000 or even $30,000 I'm sure you could sell then back to the crown? Haha

    If I were a rich man I would parlé(spelling?) that into some serious cash :smile:

    I actually checked into the whole thing - and most of the negatives are actually copy negs from printed photographs..not camera originals
