    Corrected Links

Unlike some forums that I have posted in, I can’t seem to figure out how to edit my post above to correct the errors I made when preparing the post.

    Here are the corrected links:

Thanks for letting me know about the errors. I THOUGHT I tested the links, but obviously formatted those two links incorrectly.

If you happen to make the lecture, please be sure to say ‘hi’ before or after the event. It would be great to meet you face-to-face.

Here it is quite simple to handle these problems:
    1) It is easy to change a post that does not need to be changed.
    2) It is hard to change a post that does need to be change.
    3) The more important it becomes to do #2, the harder it becomes. :D

    Got it?

I think the software gives you a limited amount of time to edit. The general purpose of this is to preserve the continuity of discussion.

If it's something informational like this, you could just post a correction in the same thread, or if the correction would appear several pages after the wrong information or if it's a serious thing (like inadvertantly posting something that could be slanderous or offensive), you could PM the moderators with a link to the post to be corrected or use the "report post" button to report your own post with the correction.
