    Hi,

I was just scanning the search of APUG for Perceptol news. The most substantial claim I found was in a thread frm several months ago, stating it will be back in July. Well, we all know its September, and... is it is, or is it ain't?
I am pretty limited to Henry's here, as far as actual stores go - and they carry Ilford's whole line of chemicals (well, pretty much) but so far, no Perceptol. And I've been really itching to try it (also, I have friends who are "computer-shy" bugging me to pick the APUG collective brain:smile:).

    Any info would be great,

    Thanks,

    Peter,

    No, I haven't - perhaps I should - thank you.
But the issue with perceptol is that honestly... I just wanted to see what all the myth was about - and by the time I learned of it - it was gone... is it ever coming back?

Thanks - I was looking more for the Ilford product news, as it is something that I would be able to buy at a local store. But I apprecaite the suggestions.

The article says Perceptol should be up to speed again in October, with some shops receiving earlier shipments. While I haven't seen any of the early shipments, I'm counting down the days until October rolls around. Microdol-X has been a good holdover, but I want my Perceptol back!

December 2/05 Enquiry to Silverprint about Perceptol stocks!
Reply says they have it in stock, despite the comment on their website to the contrary

    Hi

Simon from ILFORD Photo / HARMAN technology Limited, PERCEPTOL has been reintroduced, has shipped to distributors Worldwide and should be in stock just about everywhere. ID11 and MICROPHEN has also shipped. ID11 Replenisher and Bromophen returns to stock in January, but will need to ship and get through to the end users.
The new COOLTONE and WARMTONE developers should ship anyday and WASHAID should be early in the new Year.

    Simon.
