Did you type that with your nose while your hands were in the dark bag?
It's attached to the part of the film you just felt tearing.
I you'reusing my Rolleiflex, it's stuck behind the pressure plate ;-)
Nope, not behind the pressure plate. But it is a mere Yahica-Mat.
And no wads of paper in the film chamber. May I assume that they still put the tape at the ends of the rolls? (Well, generally.)
This is actually kind of a pisser.
My former Yashica mat 124 did the same as the Rollei.
I agree it's a bummer.
I now keep some elastic bands in a 135 canister in my bag, and found the Rollei 120 canisters to be VERY useful as way to securely store the exposed film even when it's HP5.
I found it! It had glued itself to the backing paper.
Phew. I was considering calling for a boycott of Kodak over the missing paper ring.
