Email the Photographer's Formulary and tell them you are interested in taking the Emulsion Making class next year, and then sign up for the class when they offer it. You will not only get formulas for the paper you are looking for, but one for Azo-type paper, and a film speed emulsion. And, you will get to see all those emulsions being made and make prints and take photos with them.
