Paul Wakefield is a British landscape photographer and something of an enigma for anyone who follows this genre. He had four books published on the British Isles in the 80s, but the printing quality left much to the imagination. This book is a large format retrospective style collection and up there with the best reproduction quality I've seen of colour work. The pictures are incredibly artful and moody and a great lesson in composition and the subtleties of light. 36 x 29cm, 80 pictures £40 including postage. The book is pristine, but no shrink wrap.
