Im interested in the process of Carbro color printing, an old technique which is a mix of carbon printing and bromide printing.

Im looking find if there is some one on the east coast, NY area who can still create a carbro color print, give me more of any idea about the process.

    Thanks

    N

There's a website dedicated to alternative processes that's a good place to start looking.

Sandy King is the best person to ask on this forum, he's on that other site too I seem to remember. Welcome to APUG BTW.

Sandy King, the name has come up in the past. I will have to try a little harder to get in contact with him. He seems to be the guy to get hold of.

    Thanks Ian

    Hi Nick,

I have done a lot of carbro in the past but have been concentrating exclusively on carbon in the last several years.

If what you really want is a carbro the guy to contact is Mac McCowan. Here is his site. http://www.angelicimages.com/carb.html
