Looks like some impressive exhibitions. Thanks for the reminder.

    Bump.

Also for those that get TVOntario, see the roster of documentaries airing in May. Shelby Lee Adams on May 2nd, Sally Mann on the 13th, two on Weston on the 20th, as well as others.

    TVO Contact Reruns...

Sadly, TVO's shrinking 2010 budget brings us just reruns from last year's Photography Month programming--nothing new here. They obviously couldn't afford the excellent "Genius of Photography" series again this year.

^ Don't know what that's about..."The Genius of Photography" is set to begin airing on May 2nd. And it recently ran in Jan/Feb.

With over a dozen very fine documentaries on the biggest names in photography (AA, Annie, Helmut, Sally, Ed, SLA) plus the GoP, it makes for a very full month and worth mentioning if anyone hasn't seen these. It's like having our own channel for the month. The only danger is we get stuck in front of the boob tube instead of getting out and seeing the Contact exhibitions...

My point: it's reruns of 2009. ZZZzzz.
