Could I use an X-ray safelight in a B&W darkroom?

I might be able to get a Wolf 19103 safelight for free.

It was meant for an X-ray darkroom, is there any reason it would emit in a part of the spectrum that would make it unusable in a B&W darkroom.

    Thanks.

My guess is that it is red and you should be able to use it. I have used photographic safelights in an x-ray darkroom so it should work the other way as well. To be certain test the photographic materials with the light.
