    Hello,
I live in Hereford UK at the moment and im going to Manchester for University this September and i reeeeeeally want to carry on using a darkroom. I currently have a very functional one in my cellar that i am LOVING and i wanna keep up the momentum in September.

Does anyone know if there is a darkroom in Manchester that i can use??

Redeye, the photographic network for the NW note that Start in Salford have a well equipped darkroom for hire. A trip to their website shows the following:

Not sure if they also do hourly rates, but worth enquiring about.

I started photography in the Students Union Photographic Society darkroom - its a great place to start.

However, since you already have your own darkroom, you may be a little disappointed by the Photo Socs set-up

No where is ever quite as nice as your own place - you know where everything is and its all your own mess.

I am not trying to put you off - just make you aware that it "there is no place like home"
