    The C41 bleach step after the fix will destroy part of the image due to the presence of ammonium ion. You should use a ferricyanide - bromide rehal bleach in this step or it will not yield the optimum image.

    Perhaps someone could explain why this would work. If I had home C41 chems I would try this... I encourage someone to!
