    LOL...Gustavo, buddy....did not know you were in contact with Ansel Adams...how did you manage that? OTOH if you bother to see in the apendix of his book the Negative, you will find one just like it that you can photocopy, or scan for that matter.

    Thanks for the form. I will sure use it. Now, does anyone have a small artist release form? About 30 years ago I had a bunch that were 4X5 cards and great to keep in the camera bag

    Wow, that is a lot of information to keep. I am guilty of not keeping any records at all. The benefits of living in an N+2 mandatory development part of the world. Now if I could get something like this in a Palm program that would be cool

    Hey, maybe I have finally found a reason to buy one of those little palm thingees. I could keep my shooting records, etc on one. When retired I have no need for phone numbers of appointment schedules....
