    Hi all-
We just put out the 2012 F295 Holiday Gift and Gear Guide and in it there's a link to download a free issue of photo techniques magazine. Here's the link: http://conta.cc/ST6zSr

Just got mine, thanks. It's a pity I can't read this while I'm occupied ... uh... elsewhere...

I've been getting photo techniques magazine since the last century. It really is a quality publication and is not one of those photo mags that are really a sales catalog for the latest digital cameras.

I had been ready to let my print subscription lapse as it had less and less of interest to analog photographers. Then I received the current issue and sent in my renewal check. I hope it continues to be as good as the current issue.

Contact the publisher and let them know that is why you subscribe. I plan to.

I did let my sub lapse for that very reason. I'll take a look at this download issue and see.

I'm not sure if it's the same as the print one I received a week or two ago. I need to go download it to be sure.

Sorry, e-articles aren't allowed on APUG, only traditionally printed magazines...

(This is a [terrible] inside joke).
