I love his work. His large prints are magical and I could get lost staring at them. I'll look for the movie on Netflix.

I wish this was out by Christmas - it would be the perfect gift to myself. He is a superb photographer and printer.

Just reviving this thread. The producer is in the process of raising funds for the completion of post-production work if anyone is interested.

Well, he raised enough to get the money (~16k of 15k). I gave the measly $25, but might give more later. I can't imagine $16k could cover his expenses, so hope he can break even with distribution and not have to make some lame 'how to HDR in photoshop!' video crap to earn a living! The trailer's great, by the way, and convinced me to donate...

There are some 'things' you can get for donating money; nott too 'expensive', really - $100 gets you a signed (by Tice) poster, for instance. I get a signed lenswork issue with interview for the $25, but I think I'll give another $25 later and get the actual dvd in return, when it gets done... maybe this support of the arts helps to assuage the guilt for all the photography documentaries I [may or may not have] been getting off the torrents lately...

Went to the premiere yesterday at the Museum.. Very nice, worth the wait I think.
They had a q&a with the films directors and Tice, and some cake to celebrate his 75th birthday afterwards...

I knew I had selected the right physician when I noticed two 16x20 Tice prints on the wall of his very small office.
