Greetings, While traveling through security en route to Bulgaria, a TSA agent opened the first cover of a partially used box of tri-x 320, which prompted an emphatic reaction from me (obviously)! Should I trust this film or do I have a 4x5 paperwieght now? It's disappointing because this is not a commonly found item in BG. Any thoughts? Thanks for any input.

If the film was in the inner foil bag, it's probably fine. If the film was loose in the box you might have some fogging. In that case, process a sheet or two from the top of the innermost box, or shoot test exposures with them and see what happens.
