    Hi.
Can't think of a better place to hang my hat for a while.
Found APUG through Photo.net but I find them a bit to digital for suit my taste.

My name is Rob Sollett and I shoot b/w film!
Despite the changing photographic world, I still have a darkroom, and plan to spent a great more time in there as I will retire this June, 2007.

Nice to find this place, made my day!

APUG and a nice warm darkroom: what more does a guy need?

OK, don't answer that, I just though of a couple too, but this is a family site...

    Welcome, Bob.

    Rob,

    Welcome.

Not sure where in New York you are - I divide my time b/w NYC and upstate (Copake, in Columbia County) and now also spend time in Tucson, AZ.

Lots of NY'ers here and best part is this place is a 24/7 "all film, all the time" site!

Think I will kick off my shoes, if I can see them! LOL!

I'm in the city up until June, when my wife and I will relocate to upstate Delaware County. Frankly, I can't wait.
My darkroom is currently in boxes awaiting the move. House in the city wears a SOLD sign.
Funny thing..the house we sold was purchased by young couple...and turns out the wife went to high school with my older son!

    Rob,

There are APUG'ers on what will be "your side" of the Hudson. Look here for Flotsam and jovo. They're "regulars" here.

As to your NYC place - sounds a bit like the "circle of life" thing!
