What is the status of the proposed Ilford MGIV FB Panchromatic Paper? Will this paper be made available for purchase though tradational stores? Finally, will a panchromatic version of the Warm tone fiber based be offered?

You can not make panchromatic Multigrade paper. Ilford make a panchromatic graded paper, both FB and RC, for laser exposure. It might be useful in the traditional darkroom for prints from color negatives, but right now it is only available in wide rolls.

Simon says it's actually not that useful for making prints from color negs like Panalure. It's particularly suited for laser exposure.

"Laser exposure" is basically a very short high intensity exposure, and modern papers have improved reciprocity behaviour, so it might be useful for optical printing. After all, I don't think it is anything but Ilfospeed RC resp. Galerie FB with extended sensitation.
