While processing film earlier my ATL-2300 stopped, started beeping, and displayed the message 'air diffuser failure - end manually'. Any other experiences of this error message and how the problem is solved?

    Hi Tom
ATL controlls the volume of the transported chemistry. So you will find the following important points: Airpump is working fine? Airtubes well fitted? Chemistry-Bottles fine closed? Please look for good rubberfittings by all Bottles

and sorry for my language, I speak and write good in german

    Kindest regards
    Hermann

    Hermann,

Thanks for your reply. I've made some progress on this issue and will hopefully write something up before Monday.

jobo error message air diffuser failure - end manually

    Hi,

I use a jobo ATL 2000, and recently during it's start up checks the display flashed this error message.
'air diffuser failure - end manually'

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    thanks

Use the service menu; turn off the processor, then press (F1+START+ON), test the parts you think that can be involved, exit.
That should have solved it, if you don't have holes or leaks in your tubing.

I am having the same issue. Jobo directed me to enter into the service menu and reset the distribution plate... however when I do F1+START+ON it wont let me enter into it. It just continually gives me the error. Can someone please help!?
