Been my experience with waxers is they were made for sticking copy to a "pasteup" to be shot in a graphic copy camera to make a neg for platemaking. This was before full computer imposition and film output and direct image platemakers. The stuff is kinda messy and tends to get soft in hot weather. I would not recommend wax for sticking prints to anything, besides it not meant for permanence.
