Just a nudge to get folks to consider coming to the PHSNE member's auction on Feb. 3 at 1. The preview starts at 11 and there is a "junk" table set up at that time that always has something I need, or think I need, for very short money. The offerings are mixed, and the bidding is usually ridiculously low. All in all, it's a pleasant way to spend a few hours in the company of other camera nuts, with little cost beyond the gas to get there - and the result any attack of GAS you get while you are there, of course. My favorite item in recent years was an 11x14 Century Camera in spectacular shape, complete with three backs, the original oak and iron stand and a great lens - $225. Check here for a map. You have to scroll down for it, but it's there. Waltham High School is a few miles off Rt 95 and very easy to find.
