    Hi All!
Holly Gettings and I have an exhibit of photographs at the Landau Gallery on the campus of the Belmont Hill School. The show is called Far Away, Iconic Images of the American West. We open with a reception on Friday January 9, 2009 (5-7:30PM) and runs through February 6, 2009.

You all are invited to attend the reception, just let me know if you can make it so we can plan for food, etc.

Thanks and I hope you can make it!

I wish I could be there - I'm sure the prints will be great. I hope there's a good turnout. Have a good time!
Why do all the good openings in New England happen in the winter? Last year, I barely made it out before a storm.

Tempting... but there is no way I can make it from Springfield in time. The lights would be shutting off just as I drive up.
Can we have a special NE-APUG viewing on some weekend???????? :D

I'll be there! The 18th might work since I'll probably be in town anyway (It's the day my friend Chris visiting from Boulder, must fly back) and not just because I have a vested interest. ;-))

Pardon for piping in again... but I thought I would try to encourage a few of the other New Englanders here in APUGland to try and join in. It is always good to see new faces.
Maybe we can bring in some prints to show each other what we are up to.

Here are the directions to Belmont Hill School. Bear right at the small rotary and take an immediate left into the top end of the parking lot. The door is right on the lot and a Gallery sign will be posted on the glass. Great show, good room for demos and portrait shooting, a large darkroom if anyone is interested in a demo or anything of the sort and lots of table space for the mutual admiration of any work brought along for show and tell. An 8x10 camera with lots of x-ray film will be available for play, along with a supply of funky old lenses. Come have fun.

I can have the door open and said sign posted, what... noon-ish? Pizza and suitable beverages can be got, if any are required. Earlier or later are equally possible, but that weekend is the end of semester, necessitating grading and comment writing for Holly and for me, so I am not likely to make a 9 to 9 thing.
