    The story of Lara Jade Coton vs TVX has been won by the photographer recieving damages in a Florida Court when a picture of her as a 14 year old was used on the cover of a re-released porn video

    Whilst I'm glad that they have got judgement against the owner of the company, they should have done him for using a picture of a minor on a DVD for an18+ audience and locked the ***** up

    Good to see she won this. I remember reading about it on flickr when she discovered what had happened to her photo.
