I disagree, I think it's darn nice film. Thanks for the tip!

I just bought the limit for my location (the slider went to 5. I figure that'll do nicely)

Pretty good. This stuff is basically Superia 200.

Thanks very much. I was able to order 4 packs of 4 for pickup in the store at this great price.

I got a message last night that Walmart had canceled my order. This morning, I found that only 5.13 had been refunded, so it appears that they only had 4 left when I ordered them. Gonna grab 'em after work and toss them in the freezer for later.

Was just able to order 4 more (but not 5) at another nearby store.

I already have a stash of Kodak and Fuji consumer film... but this seems too good to pass up. I have to seriously consider it. I also have four Walmarts within 15 minutes of me (well, at least for now, you know how that goes). The thing is, I rarely patronize Walmart anymore.

Almost ordered 30 packs but then I realized that my local costco charges $1.6 to develop every single roll :-(

I thought about poking around the other stores, but I don't really burn film at a prodigious rate anyway, so 16 rolls is a nice addition to my supply.

When Walgreens was doing a similar sale late last year, I kept buying everything they had in the store. With the instant discount and a coupon in the book at the register plus my being a member of their savings program, I think I paid about $3.99 USD each for the ISO 200 4x packs.

I ended up with around 30 of the packs I think. And yet, I want to hit Walmart and grab a few more.

The Fuji 200 makes great red scale. It's not so slow that you can't shoot without lots of light and not so fast that you have to keep the aperture closed down.

I wonder what the difference is between this film and Superia 200. Fujifilm USA's web site lists only Superia 200, yet both B&H and Adorama list it as discontinued. Before long the only film anyone will find at Walmart is Fuji's 400 speed. Which is excellent film, but still...

Geez. Spent half an hour waiting for someone to show up at the counter (I was the only one in line), but finally, got all five boxes. As they'd (for some reason) canceled one, I was able to re-purchase the fifth one at the sale price.

I'm confused... That's an increadibly GOOD price for color development, I would jump on that!! It costs me $5-$6 per roll...

Thanks for this heads-up. I just ordered 10. Won't be able to pick-up until Fri, but they hold the order for 14 days.

Great deal, and I like this Fuji film just fine.

No walmart by me, its a pretty nice deal. I hear they also do really cheap send out processing if you request it.

My information is that they now send print film to Dwayne's in Parsons, Kansas. Negatives are scanned and printed and/or saved to CD. Negatives are not returned to the customer even if requested. So if you want real negatives, I'd check on that before sending negative film away to be processed through Walmart.

I ordered 5 despite having a good stash of consumer film. At the Walmart's by me, the price is usually around $7 in the store (though it's been a while since I checked). I find that reasonable, but hey, why not save a bit?

Yes but they no longer return the 35mm FILM and instead give you a CD of your scanned images... So don't have then do development... 120 seems to be safe (so far)

So far I am running into issues with supply when I try to order.

Only one of the Walmarts in my area seems to have more then 2-3 available at a time so it keeps changing my quantity. I finally found one with 5, but I want 20 or so to at to my supplies in the freezer/fridge. I guess I'll have to make a second order and third etc until I get all I want.

Walgreens sale on these was so much simpler. I walked into Walgreens and grabbed what I wanted and paid for it.

Seriously, does anyone get the impression that film is harder to obtain cheaply than it was merely two or so years ago? Walgreens had Fuji 800 film on sale for $1 per roll only three years ago and there was no mad rush for it. - David Lyga
