NPS just announced that the Tioga Road between Crane Flat in Yosemite and Lee Vining is scheduled to open on the 20th. Services won't be operational for another couple weeks, but the gas station at Tuolumne will be operational for credit card purchases.

The Glacier Point Road opened the first week in May.

I should add that Highway 120 over Tioga Pass has been experiencing periods of closure lately. It would seem that the snow that we SHOULD have been getting here in Northern California back in December and January is now falling in June. From what I have heard, 10 inches of snow fell a few days ago at Tioga Pass. And, with temperatures still cool and conditions still wet for the near future, more snow is likely to fall before this is all over. So if you decide to take a drive on this road in the next week or so, keep this in mind.

On the other hand, this unusual June weather has a silver lining: it is keeping MANY of the lowland, interior parts of Northern California nice and cool. These places are typically just WAYY too baking hot to enjoy this time of year. But now, they are actually comfortable. Also, this weather will hopefully fill reservoirs at least a little, and help reduce the fire danger.
