recently i changed my quick release system (due to theft) and so these heads are available as they don't match the new system

the vanguard has never been used, altho, i no longer have the box. Just put it on a monopod and left in a closet. it has two plates. I was using it's big brother and they are very nice heads

the manfrotto shows signs of use, comes with one plate

Vanguard $50 dollars, Manfrotto $20 plus shipping

    I'm interested in the Manfrotto.

Does it lock down well? (I'm most interested in using it with a square format camera on a monopod).

    What would shipping be to:

    1) Canada (V4K 2Z9); or
    2) Washington State (98281)?

(The two addresses are actually about 10 miles apart)

    Thanks

the vanguard head will hold a bit over 13lbs.

with the manfratto i have used from a f100 up to a d700 with a 70.200 2.8 with no issues.
