I am curious as to what is now considered to be the finest grain 35mm size color slide (transparency) film. I would assume it would be between the lowest ISO films from Kodak and Fuji. I just shot processed and scanned some 35mm Provia and found it to be extremely fine grain. Is it the finest?

Fuji Astia has rms 7 which makes it the finest grained film today. Fuji Provia F and Kodak E100G/GX are tied for rms 8.
