Efke and Adox are brands, Fotokemika is a manufacturer (i.e. they coat film).
The brand Efke belongs to Fotokemika and Adox to Fotoimpex. Some, but not all Adox film is coated by Fotokemika and may be available as Efke too. Others were coated by Ilford (afaik) or are coated by Agfa Gevaert (NOT Agfa Photo, who produced APX and MCC and is dead).
