Sure it is. A real revival of the infra red film business.
About the fomats: Rollei IR820/400 (iso 400) is available in 35mm, 120 roll film and 4x5" sheet film. The same will be valid for the new Rollei 850nm I.R. film (iso 100).
SFX200 should be available in 35mm and 120 roll film.
About the available formats on the Efke IR820C I am not 100% informed.
Further there is still some Kodak HIE (35mm only) available. This (iso 400) I.R. film without A.H.-layer is going over 900nm in sensitivity.
Differences between the Rollei IR820/400 (in fact 750nm) and the Maco IR820C film you can see here:

You can expect the same differences between a 820nm and 850nm I.R. film

On the other hand: The handling of a less sensitized I.R. film in the camera, development and filtering is less critical. And a higher iso rate is more flexible when shooting the photos with the dark infra red filter.
