I think we were agreed on The Rock of Cashel so jump in with what ever dates are good for you, say around end of May or early June? Any later may not suit the Penguin as she is migrating to France later in June

, Michael McClellan, has informed me that there is a spectacular Cistercian monastery only 15 minutes walk away which is visible from the Rock.
I think I would definitely stay over the night before for this one. Could even take a few shots that evening and check the place out. Oh and down a few pints of the black stuff.
