If somebody submitted a digital file, and on that basis and was selected as a finalist in the contest, would they then be required to produce a print? I'm a little unclear about what the competition is about.

Also, like so many in photograpy, I am both a student and a teacher, So what is the criteria for the student/master designation? (ok, I know where I'll have to enter, but I'm curious how the division is made)
Perhaps these questions will be adressed on the entry form, but they were the ones I have at present.
