I'll wear the khaki's and a polo shirt (but won't leave the house) and I won't bitch when my evaluation is 3 months late. If need be I'll work into my personal glossary: proactive, it is what it is, paradigm and thought leadership. Hell, I'll even hold back some of my posts until 3 am so that everyone will think I'm on task 24/7. I'm good with it all as long as I don't have to fill out a timetracker every day, or go to team building. I'll only orbit the hairball, not be enveloped by it. |
