Regarding your question on "how to proceed ..." once the address data is in MS Excel. One can copy the entire block of data from MS Excel into MS Word using "Paste Special" in MS Word. When pasting the data into MS Word a dialog box will ask for the format to paste the data. I think you want to select Rich Field Text (RFT). It should be pasted into Word as a table. Once you have a table you can use MailMerge to create labels. Hope this helps.
