Bought "Modern Developing Methods" by Edmund Lowe of Edwald Laboratories. His Edwal 111 formula is the same as the one origanally written here. So I went back to look in the "The Amateur Photographers Handbook" 1973 and was shock to see I missed the Metol in that formula completely. Not sure how that happened

. Either way the formula emitting the Metol works better on old paper then with it.

I think I will call the new formula "Edwal 111 Lite"
