I'm relatively new to photography; until a few years ago I just had my trusty Canon A1 and shot color. I took a b/w intro class and a course at college and: obsessed! Just learning to print my own stuff.
I have about 15 older cameras, various formats, most of which I use. They include a Rollei 35 LED, a Yashicamat, an Ansco Shur-Flash, a Falcon Miniature Deluxe (127), an Olympus Ecru, a Brownie Synchro Reflex, a Hawkeye, a Polaroid Land Camera 350 and a few others.
Help!
:)
Love it.

Hello from up north, Ipswich. There are a few APUG members here in Eastern/ North Eastern Mass., and SE New Hampshire. We should get together for coffee, or ..?

Welcome to APUG!!
Wow, that sounds like quite the collection of cameras! I know what you mean about the addictive properties of b&w! Same thing happened to me. ;)

Welcome from Sydney Australia.
The collection sounds dangerously familiar. I wonder how many APUGgers are bower birds in disguise?
Enjoy your time on APUG

Hello everyone,
I am in Acton myself. I too have accumulated too much of gear over the years. Not good for my photography :-(.
Cheers,
- Phong

Hey there from Acton/Belmont (home/work.) We should find a way to get a group of fellow obsessionists together one of these days since we are so locally located. I'm relatively new to the vice of old cameras and dark rooms myself. Loving every minute.
Best,
Whitey

I've been going to Haymarket to take pictures on Saturday mornings - great energy, good produce. Recommended.

Welcome! I live just S/W of Boston. (I actually work in S. Boston.) There are some nice areas to photograph here. I also have a large collection, but keep going back to the Yashica-Mat.
Regards,
John
