I would like to ask someone to make a set of digital negatives from a 4x5 transparency or a digital file (if what I have is a decent scan) for silver printing purpose (8x10 and 5x7). Paper I am using is Ilford Warmtone FB paper.

I will certainly pay for your time and materials. So, please let me know how much you would charge for the work. I would need to have it done by the middle of August as a finished product.
