I'm a huge fan of Anton Corbijn and i just wanted to share some info i recently heard about him and some other photographers/directors. I heard Universal is going to released a DVD called the Directors Label which features some of the best music video directors in the past 20 years or so. I absolutely loved Corbijn's iconic images in photography but I also fell in love with his music directing abilities when i saw U2's One. The Director's Label is a compilation of his music videos from the many artists he's worked with. It also includes interviews, commentaries, documentaries, etc. If anybody is interested here's where i found the info. Can't wait!

I remember the photography he did for a live Depeche Mode album released about 15 years ago (now I am really dating myself).

Yeah, the director's label site is actually really cool, but I think it requires a new version of Flash, so I could see why it might cause some issues. I'm not incredibly familiar with Corbijn's work with Depeche Mode, but I loved the photos that he took during U2's Zoo TV tour in the early 90s. If I'm not mistaken, he did direct a couple of Depeche Mode videos that are featured on his director's label disc.
