As I am very sensible to good service, I would like to share my simple experiences with the service of Heiland Electronics.

In september 2005 the company came out with a latest software version.
After downloading update file, it took me about 10' to do the update, without any problem even for "a simple mind" as me. :)

So, for some papers new data are stored, without any problem.

That's what I call: a customer_friendly and user_friendly system/company.
