I made suitable colour choice and establish good curve. But I have a problem: in highlights the printer is making parallel lines of different density. To naked eye they are invisible, but when I use negative in Zia process, they become very obvious. I wonder, if this lines are due to dirty head, or something else. I would like to post a scan of a problem, but unfortunately I don't own one.

It's called banding. Clean and align your printer heads using your printer utility. The problem should go away.

Banding may go away if you clean and align your printer head.
However, if it continues change your printer settings for output. In general it is recommended that you use a media setting such as glossy photo or semi-matte that will allow maximum dpi of your printer when printing on OHP material. Selection of lower dpi settings may cause banding.
Banding can also result from the use of very thin OHP. You may get better results with thin materials if you tape them to a backing. Just tape the OHP to the backing using a thin tape along the lower edge, i.e. the pont where the material feeds into the printer.

Thank you both for reply. Now I can see bending in negatives too. But another set of stripes isn't seen on negatives. This stripes are broader and goes perpendicularly to banding stripes. And from distance this are very obvious.
