Got a chance of a bulk buy on AGFA BLIX, £30 that will make up 60 litres. Now can I use this after say Fuji Dev or must it be AGFA?

I would ask why must it be any particular developer?
If this is for the RA paper process, these blix solutions must all be very similar and merely Ferric EDTA (or analog) and ammonium hypo at pH 6.5 - 6.7.
So, I say it does not matter what developer you use. Especially if there is a 2% stop used after the developer.

I've always worked with home kits which come complete. Recently I had the option of buying an AGFA machine processing kit that makes up 40L including a starter. Got that and its working fine, now the guy has come back to say he has BLIX that he wants to get rid of. Not knowing much about mix and BLIX, just wanted to confirm if this was a good idea. Now what's everyone's favourite Dev?

I use Kodak RA-RT developer replenisher. It can be used from 68 deg F to 100 deg F.

Yes again. In fact my first kit was Jessops and the blix outlasted the dev so when I moved to tetenal I continued to use the Jessops blix until used up. No problem
