| View Full Version : A short barreled ?-200 zoom for Nikon. waynecrider 03-26-2006, 12:35 PM I'm looking for a AF zoom for my N80 that gets out to 200 and has a relatively short barrel. Good optics, contrast, preferred at the longer focal lengths over the short end. Macro feature (small close minimum focus) a plus. 3rd party or Nikon. Thanks for you help. Kiron Kid 03-26-2006, 02:41 PM Have you checked out the Tamron 28-200 AF? It's no match for a prime, or more moderate mid-range zoom, but it does perform well for a zoom of that size.
