I think we need to go to whiteys school, sometime in May/June for a workshop dealing with the zone system...maybe morning for classroom type learning, then after lunch, all go out and take some shots using what we've learned. Hopefully, the day presents a 3 to 5 stop range to work with. If the day is perfect, we could go back to process the film. Part two would be in June/July for a basic printing class (for newcomers and us that haven't done it for quite a while) in the morning and in the afternoon, we'd finish out the zone system topic by printing those negatives that were created earlier. ....what do you think?

Sounds good. I'll get some possible dates from the powers that be. We have to plan it well, but the place is great for that sort of workshop. There's a couple hundred acres or so of accessible land next door for set-ups as well. Alewife station is a couple miles away on Rt 2.

And don't forget. We'll be looking for work for the NEAPUG show at the gallery here at Belmont Hill starting around August 25 and going for about a month. More on that later.

WMO let me know how I can help. I am interested in the zone system too. I do use the zone system to shoot, but I dont know if I use it right.
