(I bought this item for utilitarian snapshot purposes only)! :)

My new little Minolta Konica X 60 Dimage has a vertical white line running from top to bottom on the LCD screen slightly left of the middle of the screen. :( What is this and is it common? Is there any way to get rid of it? The seller is sending me a return label but if it's something that I fix through some trick- I'd rather do that.

If anyone has any comments about the X 60, I would like to hear them.
