Hi All, here is the chat transcript attached. Unfortunately I was unable to attend due to a prior commitment. After the major site upgrades are complete I'll be focusing more on events like this.

I opened the attachment and it is unintellagble, maybe its computer code. Is there a way of editing it to a more conventional format of text?
