Hi,

When I view through My Nikon F3 action Finder , I saw subtle shades of rainbow color stripes horizontally across the finder. The repair man said it may be due to aged glues between the prisms. Anybody have any clues how to fix it?

Wow, that blows. Wouldn't the repair guy attempt it? Nikon still repair this kind of thing?

How much is a replacement? Probably somewhat hard to find as they were kind of rare to begin with.

Nikon said no fix. Replacement cost 400 bucks. So need to bear with it.
