Does anyone know of a M 42 Sigma SA adapter?

Doubt it, there aren't enough SA cameras around to really justify making one.

You might try a non-infinity focus M42-K adaptor, SA's bayonet design is very close to K mount and the non-Infinity focus ones may have a thick enough lip to get you into the right ballpark. But that's a SWAG.

I thought of that, I have a M42 to K mount adapter, but it looks like the pin will ge caught under the mirror and lock up.
