Hi All,

Weird question. I just got some old palladio paper, and don't have any plat developer. So I read glycerin can be used, and wanted to know if it can be used alone to develop a plat print or not. If yes, how do you do it? Thanks,

Gb

GB, the glycerin aids in slowing down the development but does not actually develop AFAIK. Others with more knowledge will step up I am sure.

Glycerin is not used alone but mixed 50/50 with Potassium Oxalate (by example) and it's just for slowing down development or mixed with Silver Nitrate for developing Satista print.
