There is a display of black and white prints of the Norway coast by Asle Svarverud in the main hall at Union Station in Washington DC. The printing is spectacular, to say the least. Exhibition courtesy of the Royal Norwegian Embassy. If you work in downtown DC this exhibition is well worth a lunchtime Metro ride to see.

It MIGHT still be on over at the NGA, but there is/was a nice show of snapshots from the 1880s to the 1970s by anonymous photographers.
